Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours if all items in the order are available. For Backordered items, a follow up email will be sent with an estimated time of delivery.
Parcels are delivered by Canada Post, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. until as late as 8:00 p.m for residences and until 5:00 p.m for businesses. Canada Post do not deliver parcel on statutory holidays like Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
Due to factors like delivery volume or a change in the delivery route, customer’s parcel may arrive earlier or later than normally expected.
When receiving a delivery via Canada Post, the delivery date is not guaranteed. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once order has left OneBatch’s distribution warehouse which will allow customers to follow up orders on the Canada Post website.
Multiple items may be shipped together in one parcel or at different times due to the sizeof the item or the location it ships from. If any single package in a customer’s order exceeds 31.8 kg (70 lbs), assistance to unload order may be required when it arrives.
Free parcel shipping is available on orders of qualifying products which total over $75(excluding taxes) / Flat rate shipping is available on select products for a fixed cost as indicated on the product information page and/or check out page.
Once online order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information regarding the order’s status. Customer will also receive a tracking number supplied by the carrier to track the order online.
Can a package be refused if its damaged?
Yes, contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a prompt return and reorder.
Deliveries to rural and remote areas and territories might be possible and will require additional shipping charges and contacting customer service to obtain shipping quote.
